Country overview

Ireland is the trip we book most for first-time European travelers — and the one repeat clients keep adding to. The country is small enough to drive end-to-end in a week, but rewarding enough that 10 nights still leaves people planning the next trip on the flight home.

We design Ireland two ways. Self-drive itineraries put you in a rental car with a turn-by-turn route through Dublin, the Wicklow Mountains, Kilkenny, the Ring of Kerry, the Cliffs of Moher, Galway, and back. Escorted tours hand the driving to a coach and let you focus on the pubs, the music, and the long-form pours. Both work. The choice usually comes down to whether you want to stop the car when something looks interesting.

  • Cliffs of Moher at golden hour, before tour buses arrive
  • Ring of Kerry self-drive — Killarney, Dingle, Kenmare
  • Trinity College and the Book of Kells, private tour
  • Galway pub crawl with traditional music nightly
  • Castle hotel stay — Ashford, Dromoland, or Kilkea

Ireland books year-round but May through September is where the daylight is. June and early September are our most-booked windows — warm enough, dry enough, and quieter than peak July.
